When trying to gather herbs the mini-game window opens but it displays an error:

My specs:
intel i5 750 @2.67GHz
8.00 GB Ram
GTX 750 TI.
Operating system: Windows 7 Ultimate
What did I try to fix it;
- I tried the Repair option from the launcher.
- I uninstalled and I installed again my Flash Player ppapi

I managed to fix it.
So I tried to log on my character on my friends laptop and when I tried to gather Herbs the mini game screen did not appear and I managed to gather the herbs. That narrowed down the problem to my computer since I was thinking everybody had this Issue.
I traced my steps back to the moment I installed the game to find out what did I do wrong.
I'm playing on Eu server but when I installed the game it automatically installed it on NA later on forcing me to switch regions and install a second copy of the game.
I uninstalled the game and downloaded the installer again.
Right before adding my Email and password I selected my server (EU) changing it from what it was preset (NA).
I installed the game from the beginning on the EU server and Now HEY PRESTO IT'S WORKING.
I hope this might be useful for anyone who encountered the same problem gathering Herbs.

Just want to bump this as I'm still having the issue. reinstall and all. Playing on NA installed as NA. Anyone find another way to fix this yet?

I found this bug today. it's strange that i had two herbs in my inventory from collecting without even seeing the minigame window. now ive got a minigame window that trys to load just like everyone else in this thread. i am on buyan. and mines error 199.

Good news is, if you want to achieve better results, this minigame should work fine on the website dashboard.

Having the same issue. Just started today and decided to be an alchemist. Tried to gather herbs and all I get is this error message. No idea what "this minigame should work fine on the website dashboard" means or how it would help, but at the moment I can't really advance in the game.

This is already the second major problem I ran into in only half a day. :-/

So... I have the same issue. Mine is 210. I am on EU Avalon.

I, though, noticed that if you right click on the herbs and select +1, rather then the other option that looks like a 'die side' with 5 dots on it - He will gather the herbs.
Since I found the second (die) option later, (new guy here) I have no clue what the window is for and what that '5 die' option is meant to do.
