I am having a similar issue, I have purchased a package, it shows under my account settings, but when accessing the provided alpha/beta forum download link, it states I do not have access. I have logged out and logged back in, and there is no change.

If you have 'believer' group set as default, you should have access to the closed beta forum section.

i have problems ... i buy bronze today and when i try using activate link it direct me to sign in proces ... after using steam account to sign in i get ERROR
003-015. Error. Wrong number of segments

can anyone help me wath to do ? really want to try closed beta ?

Try to log in with email and password, or/and disable Microsoft Edge.

ty i manage via Mozilla browser ... btw i didn't use microsoft edge i was using Opera so maybe you guys could look into it or make warning when activation mail is sending with message what browsers dont work

sadly i am running into the same issue...
purchased the game this morning, followed the "activate link", tried to activate my email adress but faced the "wrong segment number" error.

never received the link to download the game, and can't access this area of the forum.

ticket opened with xsolla assistance, now wait and see.
If you have any idea, please let me know.

Created an account (using my e-mail, ofcourse) to search the forum for information on how can I claim my promised "free access and 1 character ticket to the MMO".

Found a similar topic explaining how to link my Steam account here (evidently, the "mechanic" is not yet "developed", what an exceptional customer care, huh).

Tried linking my account. Got "wrong segments number" (or something) error. Got logged in nevertheless.

Can I have the link to download the client now? Since you guys, apparently, giving the access to "restricted areas" of the forum manually, lol.

I have received my email and was able to get my download for the MMO after the purchase of a Bronze Pack, but I am still not authorized for the MMO forum and have no activation spot on website to gain access it seems. A hand of help would be much appreciated
