Life is Feudal: MMO


In this patch, we are going to present a pretty bold attempt to significantly optimize the server side calculations to improve performance. And this is all in one package. Included with the optimizations are bug and crash fixes along with some tweaks as well! Hope you’ll like the mix. :)

Patch notes (ver. 0.11.2.0):

New features and tweaks:
  • 5-ingredient food is boosted now. Eating complex foods like this will grant you an “Inspired work” and “Luck” effect and the duration of the effects depends on the quality of the food.
  • Quality of water that is used to water herbal gardens now affects the quality of the resulting plant
  • Herbal gardens now lose durability during usage
  • Some minor localization updates
Bug Fixes and Optimizations:
  • Fixed a serious booster exploit that allowed to stack a booster multiple times. Those who obviously exploited this bug can expect a skill wipe at least or maybe even worse...
  • Fixed server crash related to the server node border crossing issue while mounted
  • Slightly optimized client-side performance
  • You can no longer get a quality 0 result from the Herbal Garden
  • Added missing Plaster House recipe icon

You added the Plaster House icon recipe but removed the Large Stone House recipe icon now.

It's laggy as hell, people try to pop power hour and it doesn't pop up so they press the button more because they think it didn't work. It's not an exploit, its shoddy coding to not have a cap on magnitude.

Fix the lag and it wouldn't happen, skill wipe / ban people for something that isn't their fault and your going to have worse steam reviews then you already do and a lot of justified chargebacks.

Good afternoon. There is no effect in the game of the felling of the tree collecting resources and when it looks that the character is walking through the air, if possible correct, please.

Will try pvp again, but really the main focus should be to get the lag issue under control, I know far too many people that are playing other games or leaving all together because PVP is not viable atm, there is nothing more frustrating to be cut down when every swing you make causes you to run out of breath as your fps go down to less than 1.

After each of your patches, dear developers, there is no way to enter the game, an error occurs during the update, and you have to permanently delete and reinstall the game.

In the German translation are many english words now.

There are funny combinations like:
Saw of ein Holzscheit
Look for Fährte von friedlichen Tieren
...

looks like items are still german, also skills and some actions, but the most is now in english like the system chat, etc.

same with spanish...

Look for buscar deposito de cobre
and many many more things...
i had send a pm to be translator but i saw u dont use native spanish spokers, is better than have a perfect knowlegde of english and not on spanish, people who translate want to be from the native languaje translated and also still playing and now where are you translating in wich moment

Even our "PVE" minded players are leaving now because of the MASSIVE system lag when doing things like cutting down trees. Or the "Initializing" then "Server Timed Out" on login.. or my favorite, random client crashes....

I wish I could record the stupidity of cutting down a tree, walking away. Going to build a hut, then comeback to only JUST see the tree fall five solid minutes later. Or pick up a chest, walk half way across the city claim then go and set it down and your character set down nothing... but the chest you picked up is still back where you started. When you go back to pick that up, it is suddenly goes to where you went to drop it.

The fun doesnt stop there.... Kill an animal while hunting, it vanishes..... five minutes later it dies and appears right where you killed it. Now you go to skin it and you manage to skin it but the carcass is still there. You skin it again.. now you have TWO hides, 2x the meat, and bones... good job..

I wont even mention farming, mining, or teraforming.

Right now the game is just flat out UNPLAYABLE!

The game was better at release then it is now. How do you get worse?

I agree with the above poster. I was trying to grind construction and 10 kiln construction signs all disappeared. The next day the lag has gotten so bad that I dug a tile and after 3 minutes the tile still has not changed to reflect that it was dug into. It seems like the delays in the transfer of data are getting progressively worse as time goes on. The game is basically not playable now

ouch that sounds fairly bad, I have yet to experience such severe lags, I am wondering what it could be, because you are doing the action, so your local data should have already changed, why is the server not synching and sending you back previous version of data. Very interesting, but at the end it will drive people away from this game.
