Hi there, i need to know how to activate mining skill, i allready digt and digt and digt and hve it now nearly by 30, but now when i keep didding to get to 30 system says " digging was not rated, prerequisite skill level is too low ".
What does it mean?
I need the mining skill to finish the blacksmith quest at newbie island.

Your Tier 1 skill must be at 60 in order for you to level up Tier 2 skill beyond level 29. So you must first level up Artisan skill to 60 in order to increase Digging past 29.
