place a sign infront of the shop where we can write the opening hours on.
make it posable for the shopkeeper to LOCK the shop so no one can just walk in and out. (dont do this whit "claim building" bhut whit a key we can multipli so we can have more than 1 shopkeeper)

this wil
A) make shops posable whitouwth haveing to swap all the dam goods every time and/or carrying everything and players wil see everything rather than haveing to browse it in the trade menu
B) allow for burglars to break in whit lockpicking
C) allow for thievery even when the shop is open and than we can place bounty's on thievs there heads or even a good samaritaan can kill the thieve right after he managed to leave the shop whitouwth paying

You are better off making a proper suggestion at http://lifeisfeudal.com/Discussions/latest
:) I doubt the devs read all of these forum posts we post around :)

This - its now been delayed by over a month, and without any reason folks naturally start assuming the worst is happening.

  • Are they struggling to fix the initial server cluster crash issue around the central city?
  • Are they unable to gave move then 500 people playing in the same server cluster?
  • Is all the changes made for LIF-YO incompatible with the server cluster OS?
  • Are they having second thoughts about releasing the MMO?
  • Was there some kind of player generated conflict within the dev team because someone was going into and out of combat and repeatedly killing the new guys in the office?
  • Did Boris get loose and is now feeding of the dev team because he hasn't figured out how to open the door?

You totally figured it out :( Oh the terror!

But seriously now. We had a few bumps, we're still fixing some bugs that appeared in the recent LiF:YO patches and continuing internal tests for MMO. I know it's been a while, but we ask you for a little more patience. We just want to make sure that closed beta will start with as much stable and a bug-free game as possible. I'm sure you understand ;)

Not sure I do. Wouldn't starting the closed beta speed the "internal tests" up ? We do not expect a fully playable game at all, we just want to do our part in bringing the game to the rest of the community. The state of the game when WE get in does not matter, we know better than leaving the project or even having expectations on the stability of the thing except what you tell us.

Describing the specific bugs that need to be fixed would be helpful to the community though, to help them understand their wait!

It wouldn't hurt development, would it?

I think every one of these yellow names appreciates the LiF dev team very, very, much.

I can tell you that at least 3 of us on the last page are guild leadership though, that have been trying to keep our player-base up to date with information, and have been telling them a few times to expect LiF around the corner!

It would be nice to appraise them of why it hasn't released yet, so that we can keep them in the loop and excited :)

Seriously, this is the issue. Every time I tell them, "No, still no updates on the MMO", they go away disappointed because they know it will be at least a month before *they* can get in the MMO. It also doesn't help that I provide these updates on individual requests. So every separate update is a revisit of the let down for myself.

Unfortunately, the 64 player cap is hard-coded into the engine and not something they can modify.
