the map is doesn't change to buyan. its stuck in the newbie world. Is there a fix ? it puts new players in a very shity situation if they don't even know where they are.

We are doing our best to deliver a fix for that issue as soon as possible. It's a complex issue that all new characters seem to be suffering from. Sorry for the problem.

Any news on this ? I saw that there was an external map map that showed server population is that available or no. IF so could use it to try and figure out where i am

If you are playing on NA region, you'll need to wait for us to update NA worlds with Major Update, once new bugs are resolved on EU worlds.
