Hi, so I left the game maybe a year ago, or maybe 2 years ago, don't remember. So I downloaded and installed the game again today, and all my characters are there, but they are like new starters! They have no clothes and nothing in their Inventory, one of my characters had a lot of qualifications, but these seem to have none. What has happened to them?
