For the past three nights in a row NA Server Buyan has been unplayable - 3+ minute lag at times when interacting with terrain / resources, 30 seconds plus normal average during prime time.. People getting disconnected then having to try 30+ minutes to get back in..

Is there no way to see the average delays are way to high and to automate some kind of response? This is very disappointing.

spent most of the day crossing 7 tiles today for regional trade, on way back everything disappears from our inventory, then we lose all our horses to crashes. now we're stuck with nothing, in the middle of nowhere, with no horses unable to cross back into our tile. they should really change the name of the game to Life is Futile.

Can you provide more details about issue with mysteriously vanishing items from inventory?
- What exactly happened
- Which world
- Srv number
- Character name
- What items did you lose
- Time of occurrence +timezone
- Logs from that time


Same with lost horse on border.

1. What happened with player (crash, disconnect...)
2. What happens with a horse (cannot find it, cannot interact with it, it hangs somewhere inaccessible)
3. Exact time of when it happened (both local player's PC time and timezone or UTC time)
4. Client logs from this day (That is how you can get them: https://lifeisfeudal.zendesk.com/hc/en- ... -log-files)
5. Location of incident (Avalon/Epleland etc)
6. Server nodes numbers (which border specifically)
7. Character name
