Hello and welcome!

We have recently started up a new server that is RP/PvP. We don't have tons of rules to prevent you from being killed, taxed, or raided, but we do want real RP before engagement in combat. But the RP you choose to use is up to you, we have a mixture of heavy and light RPers currently and it is working out well.

We are looking for players that want to RP without the stagnancy that comes with heavy RP. If you do not want to RP and want KoS then either wait until the sun sets and look for people wandering around (outside their claim) or find another server.

This server was bred from constant GM abuse and KoS servers that myself and my friends had experienced prior to making this server, I give my word that there will be no abuse on my server.

We have tree growth set to 10x rates, this does mean the forest will be dying quickly and growing quickly, and player planted trees can die as well, so don't keep them up for too long.

To keep that promise I have been checking the logs every day for GM commands (I do trust my GMs, but trust makes openings for abuse going unseen) and on our staff page ( https://www.ouroborosgaming.net/pages/lifyostaff/ ) there is a list of every GM and the ingame characters we play on, with alignments and stats pulled directly from the servers database. Any character with a blue background should never be in GM mode, and if they are report them immediately.

I am also working on an online auction house that I am pretty excited about, currently only the selling portion of it is done but the rest of it should be pretty easy to finish up. Basically you would choose which items to sell (need to be max durability if it has a durability), then pick what you want for each of those items. It will show your listing on the site and people can either accept your demands or suggest a counter-offer. After that you need to claim the items you got or purchased and they will be in your characters inventory. If you are offline you can still use it of course.
