I think could be a penality if the defender decide to don't attend a IB. and if they attend to IB and lost a IB a less penality as they didn't attend

People that are happy with the nerf, will not even go into this topic. they are happy as is.

Only people that are miscontent and want change will come in here to cast their vote.

This result will not be statistically correct to represent the Eppleland player base.

Please reset it. I would even add an additional debuff. If you don't go to battle in the first place, you should get some kind of coward. On the other hand, if you defend successfully, you should get some kind of buff. Even if this is an RP server, war is war.

If anything the consequences should be larger. If there is griefing then just make it so you can't IB the same target quite as often.
