Hello,

i'm here to suggest that people with ping more than 130-150 can't join an IB or in the newcoming sieges, There are people that intentionally start streaming and watch 4k videos in background to boost their lag, wich makes them harder to kill. This is very annoing , I don't expect to be applied for JH even tho it should, but at least for the IBs.
