Hi,

Not sur about the translation.

A friend got big troubles on the game.

He started a character on our server.

One night he crash.

He try to relog, but it doesn't wotk.

So, he choose to uninstal, and instal back the game next day.

Next day: no more character on server!

I asked Admin, he said Character was deleted at 7h30 (our country hour) but at this our my friend was sleeping AND game uninstalled from is computer.

He remake another character. Working fine one day. Today, impossible to log with an error message:

Impossible to find character base files...

What's going on? Now he can't play at all if all character self destruct every days!

We need some help, thanks.
