Looking for a guild which plans to take on the challenge of settling in the Southern hills (say around server 12 and server 5 border) and eventually reap the benefits.

most likely we end up being neighbors
hard start in that region.
the last time I went through the area there were few guilds that would probably welcome you with open arms.
you may want to have a run along the mountain ridge to find few small and strangling for survival groups.
