[MMO] War mechanics and Guild allignment

Declaring war is easy....

to avoid spamming this should be done with rules of war.
to give negative stats in form of % in a skill or skill delvling for the guildmaster declaring the war as example so the war is not just randomly declared.and giving rewards in stats (walk/cutting/digging speed growth rates etc etc)

- Add Guild allignment function
- Penalty points for declaring war
- penalty points for killing a player outside war or hostile status
- Follow stages from ally to the step of being at war
giving negative points after the neutral stage.
- reward points for actions on the field
- reward points for aiding a ally or neutral guild

etc etc can be limitless point system works well and can be fun and usefull in a sandbox game


dont be a bully war is an ART not just pk your starting neighbour
