Can't seem to rotate buildings

Can't seem to rotate buildings

I've flatten the ground and are ready to place my house on the MMO server, but I cant seem to rotate it at all. I click on x/y/z/r and on the icons but nothing happens. Is it just me or does anyone else have the same problem?

You need to click + hold and move the mouse to rotate.
