I can't claim land anymore. I placed one of the new "private monuments" on the ground, which worked fine, but after I removed the small claim and placed a new one, the small monument shows up, but the actual claim zone does not. So in other words I have about 3 or 4 small claim statues that don't actually claim any ground. It also doesn't let me remove them.
I've waited about 2 days and nothing new has happened. I still cannot claim any land.
