House of Khans is a multi-game community of mature gamers who enjoy relaxed but competitive gaming across a variety of genres. We treat all members and prospective members equally as long as they have a sense of humor and integrate well with the rest of the membership.
Goals
1. Maintain a dedicated and effective heavy infantry force.
2. Maintain an effective logistical chain to ensure supply distribution across all crafts and equipment needs.
3. Maintain a team based environment where the balance between fun and clan needs are kept in balance.
4. Promote and develop effective leaders based on clan needs and personal ability.
5. Maintain a positive atmosphere and swiftly remove toxic individuals that slip through the recruitment process.
6. Finally, to promote friendly clan based combat across the game world in a way that doesn't chase players away from the game.

Culture
House of Khans is a noble house that bases its customs such as name, structure, and philosophy of the Mongol Empire (Post Golden Horde expansion). Meritocracy and loyalty are at the center of the House philosophy, meaning that everyone that works for the clan's advancement and has a chance to advance themselves in rank and responsibilities. We are all about commitments and results. Any position of leadership is open to the hardest worker. Honor and courage are the basic virtues on what we base our words and actions. Political schemes and deception are not a strength and we will always prefer actions rather than vague promises.
House of Khans is almost structured as a military order, but remains a noble house. Every House member pledges allegiance of servitude to the House leader and, at the same time, pledges loyalty to the House members; as fighting companions. Therefore, every member is bond to the House twice, obedient to its leader as well as dedicated to the other members.
Political Affiliations
Proud member of the Kingdom of Hyperion, a feudal structure based alliance with a proud history of over 15 years of both pvp and roleplay.
