Ores & shinies :D

Hello, just wondering, will certain areas have a larger amount of a certain type of ore compared to other areas to represent veins or diamond rich areas, However this can't come along without a risk, the areas rich with these ores could be at higher risk to earthquakes, or other tectonic based natural disasters. :D

I like the idea of earthquakes/natural disasters.

Assuming there are areas that have more of a particular resource, I'd bet that those areas are going to be more sought after by the players; therefore increasing the overall risk. We would not want to have "too much" risk.

However, if a faction is able to build a fort in the area seeing as it would be mountainous, making it further more difficult to assail, perhaps rarely occuring earthquakes/tremmors to damage walls could be a thing, or a volcano breaks through the cap of the mountain, showering everything in ash, magma and other nasty fiery stuff :D

I hope that ores will be generated like in real life
Metals in veins(iron,gold,copper)
Biological materials in huge layers(coal,nitre)
Crystals and gems (rarely on edges of veins)
