Just installed the game and after the cut scene with Sean bean I get the Connection To Dispatcher Timed Out message, is the server or something?

I get the same issue. Game worked perfect a few days ago. Now today I tried at 9 am EST and several dozen times until now 5 pm. I get the cut scene and then says timed out connecting to Dispatcher.

Created a character, then downloads and then: Connection to the server is broken or Connection To Dispatcher Timed Out

I am on NA Buyan server.

I was playing fine this morning. After patch and servers came up I got the Dispatcher timed out. relaunched launcher same thing. Repaired game which took 2 hours and still get Dispatcher timed out. S

Shut down relaunched launcher got a file to download. went to play game "Dispatcher timed out" again. SHut game down again relaunched launcher another file to download. HIt play and again "Dispatcher TImed out" SHut game down again Relaunched no download this time but again with the same "Dispatcher timed out"

Repairing game as I type this yet again. I was playing when servers went down and have yet been able to get back into game.
