I have one object in my inventory but I don't know how to get it and what to do with it, because there is no way to get it (no button...) or to pass it to the game.
Attached a file with the object in the inventory.

It's a weapon skin. You need corresponding weapon to apply that skin on.

I don't see any way to do it.
I have already put an axe on but I don't know how to apply that skin.

Press the small arrow icon in the Equip & Stats window next to the equipped axe if you have it. There you will have option to apply the skin.
