It might be nice to have bunches of straw/flax that one could carry around like logs. And store them upright, and for artistic purposes. Would make them by crafting from inventory with like 150 straw/ flax so around 200 stones worth.

I like this idea very much. This could easily be done by adding a 'create' entry for 'haystack' or 'flax sheaf'
it would also be really, really nice to be able to create ad-hoc wood piles for boards, billets and full logs. The shitass stacks of floating logs around the construction areas really piss on my OCD.

I love this idea.
It also makes it possible to keep the field as actual storage, like in real life. Where hay bales during summer are just left where they are untill they're needed.
If doing this tho, i would like it realisticly that the tile the bale is placed on is not usable for planting more, so eventually the field will fill up.
