I have had several time sat down on a bench. The animation will not show me actually sitting but I will be resting. However, I cant stand back up or do anything else in the game. The only way to escape is to end the client process through task manager.

I'd suggest repairing the client. Seems like some files are corrupted since you can't see the animation.

I cant even sit on a bench or a chair ! I just hear that " thump" sound like something cant be done and thats it ! Tried moving it around even placed it to empty tiled space but still no luck

I had this issue with a freshly built chair. After a relog I didnt have this problem any more.

This happens to all members of my clan - chairs and benches both.
its a bug not a repair client issue.
reclogging is a great temporary work around, not a fix. Please fix this bug
