Steam reviews killing the game?

Post by Blkdeath75 » 06 Mar 2018, 14:43

I'm wondering if steam hurt more than helped? Seems like a steady decline in players since its release?

This is a fact.

Lack of content is killing the game.

We have still a long way to go. Still a lot of things to fix and lots of features to implement. We keep refining this gem as you can certainly see. Server stability is improving, new features are being added and fixes are being deployed constantly. We can understand your frustration with still existing lags and bugs, but mind you that we have made huge progress in last few months and we will keep improving this game. Bear with us and you won't regret it.

Most games see a decline in player activity after release, or at the very least after milestone releases such as alphas and betas.

New games come out, new responsibilities, things change in peoples lives, but of course let's not rule out that there isn't much to do late game. So it's a combination of factors as to why player activity declines.

problem is, that most of the bad reviews are from players with less then 10h played. I have a lot of friends who play regular, but only a view have written a review.
So go and help a game you like by writing a (short) positive review.

I would love to give this game a positive review, believe me. But I just can't do that in good conscience, horrible lag issues, total bs pvp rules in epleland and over priced skins. I really hope that things get better soon because I'm starting to lose my faith in this project.

steam is the best place to know if a game is good or not, steam reviews shows us how is the game.

Shit like the map, not being able to access the store, or Markets are killing the game. The backend server integration problems are piteh.
