I dont know why this is not in there yet.
But we need a Buy Offer on the Capitol Markets and Guild Trading Posts.

Allow Players to Offer Buying something for a Set Price.
When making the Buy Offer. Aside from the Item and Quantity they want.
They can also Set a Minimum for Durability and/or Quality of what they want to Buy.
And they can Set a Price per Unit. 1 Unit should be either 1 Item or in case of Bulk Goods 100 Pieces of it. So the Order can be Filled Partially.

This would make Trade Far Easier. Because usually the Big Guilds that have something to Sell. Are the ones which have the Options and Equipment to actually Deliver it somewhere.
While the Small Groups that need to Buy things often simply do not have such Options.

Couldn't agree more. We need buy orders to help fuel the economy. amongst a few other tweaks.
