Please fix volley

'cause right now it's only usable (and at the same time useless) in open world. In IB the targeting doesn't work - the red thing appears for like 0.25 seconds and then disappears. After that you must use volley blind and hope it hits anything that is not your friends, because until you use it you're unable to do anything at all.

True I had volley stuck in an IB and it was so frustrating please fix this
