^^ this. Is it not in game? Why can I not find it to build? even if it were 60 or 90 arch, I should still be able to see it. Alas, it is not available. Is it implemented in the game yet? Am I missing something?

It does no longer exist. It was part of the old Castle Wall design, replaced by this:
