I have been trying to change the name of my guild on Na Buyan for 4 days now and even with the servers being restarted and crashing the guild name still has not changed. Havent had this issue with our other guilds.

Is there something Im missing?

Not true, it seems to be fixed, mine changed eventually, one ay it showed up correctly on the web api and then a few days after that in game as well after a server reboot.

You can't change the guild name.

Im not trying to poke at ya Arrakis but i have been able to change name ive changed it 2 or 3 times.

I had the same issues when i started. basically it takes like 24 hours for the new name to take hold.

If you are having issues try passing the crown to your 2nd in command and see if he can but it took about 24 hours for me to get the name to change.

Just be patient as you would leveling up skills and if you still cant open a ticket

Will this be fixed soon? me and my friends inherited a Guild and the name is fine I guess but we would like to change it to something more along the lines of what we would like to be called.
