We recently upgraded to a Level 2 monument and it only takes coins. Level 1 accepted objects. The posts I have been able to find suggest that the monument should accept items, but they are very out of date.

Is this working as intended, and are the remaining levels also coin only?

From the monument T2 and higher maintenance claim is only for coins
