That's a very general request.
YouTube has a lot of videos to help brand new players through their first steps.
Personally I would find apples for food, then head to the coast and search for materials. Make basic tools and a fishing rod, flatten a small place for a tiny house you can bind to/respawn at, fish for food, and then start looking for a permanent home area that won't require much flattening/close to rock for mining iron.
