Requesting the ability to toggle observe mode on/off

Constantly having to enter and exit observe mode when terraforming is really annoying. If we could assign the observe skill to a hot key, it would greatly benefit players, so long as it is not a let close to any of the combat keys for obvious reasons.
It does not matter who is the strongest fighter, just the last one standing.
