I don't mean to put the Lifers community on trial here I just want to know if this is a systemic thing or a malicious act.

Every time I partially build a warehouse then log off it is gone when I come back. The structures I have planed but not started at all still remain. Could this be related to bag decay or is someone messing with me?

Other players are able to demolish your buildings yes.
There are griefers/hostile players that go around the server removing your stuff...

I usually only add resources to a construction plan when I can finish it before I logg off. So either finish it right away or make sure you have a city wall up before placing it.

Thanks Darius. That's what i was afraid of. I guess i just wanted to believe that people would only be destructive if it benefited them.

I built a two wide road across my servers map and at various points made small rest areas. At one of these I placed a single willow trees in five small stone walled squares. It was rather beautiful and I meant to lighten the journey for the tired travelers.

I came back a week later and some...lets call them misguided souls...had come by and chopped all five of them down. Didn't use them or drag them away, just chopped them down and left them there. I too just wanted to believe that people would only be destructive if it benefited them. Brother, were we ever wrong.
