server population can be low as long as its growing.
skillgain and cap should be reasonable, not that silly 6x skillgain attitude, 2x, max 3x is enough
skillcap should be somewhere between 600 and 1200, that way ppl have to interact with eachother and cannot do everything on their own.
the reason im asking for this, is taht there are quite a few american roleplay servers but eu is lacking, the ones that are around, have a high ping like american servers, seriously i see EU rp servers with a ping of 80-120, thats not EU. i live in switzerland, which is exactly in the middle of europe if you're wondering.
and when i find an rp server with good EU ping, its a 6x skillgain, or they have judgement hour or something else is wrong.
im playing on rpclif for now, but if you know of a "growing" rp server with awesome ping of 20-50 from europe, plz tell me, im will most likely join, as long as there is no "pain in the ass" procedure to join your server, like registering on x amount of websites and wait 3 days to be accepted
