Introduction
The Iron Coalition is a mass collaboration of groups and independent players from Life Is Feudal: Your Own. Our group started late January 2016 and is rapidly becoming an influential organization for the MMO. Our current goal is to assemble an organized structure in order to ensure we are ready and everyone within the group has the chance to have fun without headaches. We have stepped away from the standard form of dictatorship in conjunction with feudal rule. Subsequently, we have implemented a council and voting system, which would better represent the average player, thereby affording every player the means to voice an opinion no matter what their status. As part of The Iron Coalition, you have an opportunity to be part of a unique structure, allowing oneself to advance in every aspect of the group’s essential roles, ranging from high council member to the most respectable fighter in the field!
The Iron Coalition Structure
HIGH COUNCIL
The High Council consists of the collective Administrative & Elected members.
Council Members - Administrative Council
These members of the High Council also serve as head of a respective ministry.

1 Minister of Logistics
Council Member - Elected by Council Members
These Council members are elected by the Administrative Council and retain the same voting rights as all other council members.

Council Member - Elected by Citizens
These Council members are elected by the Citizens of the Iron Coalition and retain the same voting rights as all other council members.

Group Minimum Requirements
Every member of the group must meet these minimum requirements:
*Log into the TIC Teamspeak server when in-game.
*18 years of age (younger is allowed, but requires an existing member to vouch for them, along with the individual remaining under a two-week probation period).
*Remain active. Inactivity removal is as follows: Administrative members have a 5 day grace period, their stand-ins 7 days, and all other members 2 weeks.
*Each member carries a weapon on them at all times and will participate in the defense of the realm.
*Be mature and use common sense, so we can all enjoy our time in-game.
*Role-play is not required, but it is welcome and should be respected.
