First of patch notes posts so long waited by our testers
- Video settings dialogue has been reworked. GUI still needs some love, but functionality is all there. We strongly suggest to play with it to increase or decrease your performance.
- Added Observe Terrain ability (Terraforming skill). You can use it to receive a visualization of neighboring terrain cells their terraforming status (flattened, blocked, free) and their altitudes.
- Tweaked ambient sounds and ambient sounds system. No more annyoing birds cacophony in forest.
- Fixed bug that caused extreme blurriness of resulting picture and significant frame drops.
- Smoothed crosshair for ranged attacks and the way it visualizes increased projectile spread. Ranged combat is not officially out, but a lot of its functionality is already implemented.
- Few bug fixes with time and sun positioning on different server nodes.
- Fixed a bug with terrain rendering, where huge parts of terrain were not rendered at all.
- Fixed bug with possibility to store unlimited amount of resources inside a building site
- Fixed bug with home recall. You should be positioned properly now.
- Fixed bug with ungatherable alchemy herbs.
- Fixed some bugs in melee combat hit detection system. It should more accurate now.
- Few crafting abilities fixed, including glassblowing.
- Shadows generation algorithm was reworked. Shadows looks better with the same level of performance. Shadows still WIP though.
- Numerous server side crashes fixes.
