So the premium sub gives you a bunch of benefits

Can anyone explain how does the listed ability to have 150 tiles exactly works? I couldn't find appropriate guide of info on this.

Can we use it right away?
How to set it up?
How it should be maintained?
Can I share this claimed land with my alt character or a friend?

You need to build a monument and pay with copper coins, but you can extend your claim size to 150, unlike 100 like in case of non-subscribers, and you don't need to pay with GF - the premium currency. And yes, you can configure claim permission settings just like with a guild claim.
