- 1. Open https://play.lifeisfeudal.com/
- 2. Click 'Buy pack'
- 3. Click 'Contact us' on the bottom left side of the window
- 4. Choose between Submitting a ticket and a Live Chat

They will be able to answer most, if not all of your questions regarding supporter packs.
