Next week during testing we will be gathering our members and resources to build a camp. Be sure to get on TS so we can make it happen!

Sounds like Thursday is the unofficial test day, so we'll be rallying on our TS server.

We've also been playing a lot of 7 Days to Die with their new patches bringing in some pretty sweet features that make it the perfect team building exercise for Life is Feudal on our own server.

Yesterday's test went great! We located a nice area for our camp and started building. Soon it shall grow into a nice village and then rise into a stronghold! Can't wait until next week to grow the camp and add more houses.

We'll need full participation next week for filming for the LIF promo video for Steam. It would help out a lot if we could provide a full SSR crew already trained up on formations.

Well, this group seems pretty impressing, after having read this topic. I haven't heard of SSR before... Hem... Reading this topic, but you seem to be a nice team, with some ambitions. Yesterday still, I couldn't imagine that there would be people crazy enough to be already training and planning (I must admit this is surely biased, as long as I have only read the tutorials and some parts of the Wiki, without plaing LiF.) !
I haven't played MMORPGs before: only some unknown (and dead or dying) browser games (Don't know if it's the right expression, too lazy to check. If one of you speak French, I meant "Jeu par navigateur" ); where the (very !) small amount of people made real strategies impossible (or useless)... But hearing about formation training via Warband... Well... Let's say I'm impressed.


But I hope there'll be some other "high level" (and RPing !) Kingdoms, so that there could be some challenge for you ! I mean... What's a great warrior without great ennemies ?
(Or maybe do you have an organization and vision of the game that permits civil wars ? Cause I don't think the game directly allows them... Or at least haven't I seen anything concerning civil wars in the tutorials and the wiki.)

I will be deploying in October for some RL PvP, but Radison and Hawks will be stepping in as Prime Minister and Minister of War respectively to keep things going.

The POC for MilitaryGamers.com will be working through those two as well so any questions or diplomatic considerations should be routed that way.

Believe it or not Liadon, training in general is always good practice as long as the fundamentals are covered. The basics and foundation can transition over very well to any game that follows free form combat like LiF.

I invite you and anyone reading this to visit our server once LiF: YO is released and experience some of our training. We wont show you everything for obvious reasons, but you'll get a good understanding what i'm talking about when you see it.

Oh, but I believe this kind of training IS efficient. It's just that I don't know yet if it's really necessary. I mean... In order to make advanced tactics and organization really useful, you'll need opponents that use basic tactics, cause it'll otherwise not be needed.

Actually, I don't want to see any part of your training, haha. It's not that I find it uninteresting, but... Well... I'll keep the surprise for the day I'll see it ingame. And I don't want to be "spoiled" (about how your trainings are organized. I mean, it would help me more than I want the day I'd want to organize my own group), haha !

Of course, we will be hosting our own dedicated server(s) when it is released. One will be an unmanaged, open PvP server and the other will be an RP-PvP server with full community support.

The goal of the RP server is to build our own core community/group of guilds to eventually move onto the MMO when it releases.

I will be AFK for about 8 or so months as I deploy coming up soon, but Hawks and Radison will be available to coordinate with you.

SSR currently has 17 guys logged in and 27 guy on the Friday Night Fight server that we're hosting.

RP Events Tonight and Tomorrow!

9 PM CST we will be holding court at the capital site for the Republic. Tonight will be a GREAT opportunity to introduce yourself to the SSR crew and start unfolding your RP story in our server.

We will also be blessing the grounds with our Priests of Requesta and the Ordo d'Argento.

Tomorrow night we will be hosting a guild meeting at 5 PM CST at the same location.
