the left name is changing, then, we can understand it's a skill that merged with another one. the right name is a new skill, which welcome different skills or a part of some skills.
logging -> Building Maintain
Prospecting -> Artisan
Herbalism -> Brewing
Militia service -> Precious Prospecting
Padded armors -> Advanced Farming
Unarmed combat -> Warrior
Axe and mace mastery -> Chivalry
For example a line has been totally changed
3x lower armor encumbrance. Can use throwing knives. Unarmed attacks and parrying strikes from pole weapons become twice as fast %(static:message:2171)
You can read here with a XX level in the YY skill, you'll be able to EQUIP and USE weapon, then, armors seem to changed totally their "skill branch"
