This is exactly my point this is as you say a 'Petition' not a true 'Vote'.

It is only one view being presented to the Devs as though everyone got a voice at the table. Not all options are covered in the 'vote'. It has only two options, your point of view and another rubbish option with bias wording.

This is essentially the same thing you guys said happened at the AMA as only some people had a voice. Well guess what same here with this bias and floored 'vote'. Next time use an impartial moderator (who can present both sides equally for vote) or just present one side as you have here and call it and represent it as what it is, a 'Petition'.

it should NEVER have been altered from the original ruleset. If you can't handle it, there were other servers created for crybaby carebears to play on. They attempted to hijack the main NA server and they succeeded, Bitbox should be ashamed of themselves- they just stole from their original playerbase to the tune of 10 dollars a character and hundreds of hours of grinding.

So, devs, given the population on Buyan vs. the population on Avalon, what's the threshold now for making this change?

PVP, too. Which you could get more of with more stringent PVP rules ;)

So 3/5 players so far are in favor of changing to more agressive PVP rules!

Anyone else?

Just stop, this looks desperate.

The clear trend here is that as time goes on more and more people are voting against your proposal.

I think there are different reasons for people voting against this though. It's not that I don't want Buyan to be more hardcore PvP. It's that I don't think more Judgement hours is the way to go about it.

Essentially how many judgement hours you favor has nothing to do with how hardcore you are. It has to do with how constantly you can be online to defend. Less judgment hours means less times that people need to show up weekly if they want their stuff defended. As someone with a busy life and who really doesn't want his crap robbed while offline, less judgement hours is better.

However I am very in favor of changes that make the settlement protections weaker outside judgement hours. I'm also in favor of changing the alignment system so that you can recover from -50 alignment.

And really the biggest change that could happen is more reasons for people to go outside their walls in general. Trade and PvE are important factors of this game because they are what gets people out in areas where they can potentially face PvP.

I'd like more day-to-day PvP, and less special events.

_________

Essentially twice a week is plenty of time to bring out your 50 man zerg and crush that 5 man group you dislike. For the rest of the week, that 5 man group should have more opportunities to kill and rob you while your 50 man group is spread across your realm taking part in various activities other than hiding behind walls.

That is because the people who like PVP went to other games that have more then 3 hours a PVP a week. What you have left is carebears who are busy playing SimCity.

We could have had a JH tonight on Buyan. Every night too. Or longer. Or anything but the status quo.

It's kinda sad. :fool:

Easier to make gameplay changes that push the burden onto the players, than take the effort and time to fix the issues.

Even if your poll was overwhelming with support, it would still be a moot point.
