Sorry to put it this way, but this is all laid out in a crap-tastic mess. You got tons of posts and graphics and charts all over the place citing that LiF YO: get access after wave two, now I check back to see Close Beta Test #4, is this just an extension of wave 1 or 2? Is Close Beta different from the Beta that LiF YO will get to play? Did I miss an Email? A Download key?

All we have to go off of is clearly outdated information that puts current testing 'CBT #4' on the graph at...way out in the void of space no where on the timeline. Its a mystery. Guess all I am saying is updates on testing waves, numbers, hieroglyphics, signs from god, would be helpful if it included an updated format/graph of where we are, and where we are going, and who gets to be there.

It may seem to be a mess only from a perspective of a user, who hasn't been following our development news or simply did not care to take few moments and search for desired information. Image below is from Development News #42 from the time when CBT2 was ended, explaining rather clearly the distinction between CBT(Wave#1) and OBT(Wave#2).



Searching for info about beta is really not that hard. The easiest way is to check mmo news page and search for terms like cbt or beta. It takes little to no effort to get familirized with our current development status, much less than writing such posts.

When I last played the Closed Beta, I ended up spending an hour or so on the newbie land. That was just to brush up my LIF skills, lol. I have to admit that was fun and I am glad there is another Closed Beta Wave coming up. If this does launch on July 5th, I'll definitely be playing it.

To some people who might have complaints - there are some things to consider. Yes, the wait for a Closed Beta or full launch of the MMO is exhausting and nerve-wracking but this will be a huge game and as such, the development team and Alpha/Beta Testers have a lot going on for them. Sometimes it only takes one bug to ruin a whole week. This may be one of the most anticipated games to be launched (my opinion) and it's going to be worth every Closed Beta chance as well as launch.

If you are that impatient, look for another game to pass the time. Like LIF:YO or LIF:FV, or something different altogether.

This is a closed beta test, not a finished product. So shush.. The point of a beta test is to actually test, so unless everything is ready for us to test it there is no point in opening the test now is it? It will be ready for testing when it's ready.

I can only imagine the blood shot eyes starring at the monitors and constant flow of black coffee to boost up the adrenalin level. ...just don't over do it, we need YOU to deal with all the bags we report as soon as the test start. The big WAVE of labor will overflow you as soon as you let us play.

You might be shocked, but humans do need sleep. The latest update was that they couldn't fix the last minute broken stuff and it's 03:30 in the morning for them, so they will try again tomorrow(today) after some rest.

Anyway, nothing changed in those 7 hours. We are still planning to run it today.
