I'm playing on a private SP server. When I sign out of the game and sign back in, my tunnels are gone/filled in. Everything else seems to be in order, but the tunnels do not regenerate.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

I am also having this issue. Are you suggesting that a relatively small tunnel needs supports? And that it will cave in the entire tunnel because of this?

Yes that is how it works, if i am not mistaken it is for server stability. Having dozens of tiny mines everywhere would cause issues constantly

This may be a stupid question but did you try reinforcing your tunnel. If you did and its still filling in than thats got to be a bug or something.
