used ticket to avalon, Now unavailable

So i used the ticket to go to the mainland. And it says it was offline and i can join as soon as its back. But now i wonder how long will that take?

We're bringing servers back up. Keep observing the server status to know when it's open.

Has it worked for anyone`?
Because im stuck at updatings that freezes or stops at initialising
