I don't think the entire Chinese community is facing the same problem, otherwise, we would surely hear more about it.

If you are stuck at launcher loading, I would suggest restarting the launcher. If that doesn't help, try deleting launcher_settings.ini file and try again. If that won't work either, try deleting everything except game folder and reinstall the launcher completely - that is, if you have the game fully installed already.

I can tell you very responsibly that almost 90% of Chinese players can't log in to the game all day, why are they posting questions in the forum? Because Chinese people on the mainland can't log in to discord, so we basically have no channels to communicate with you, and discord is blocked.
