  Split the map in north/south/est/ouest with diferent crops/sprout/minerals

  Sawmill functionality.

  Giving the sawmill some functionality would be a great boost to the amount of things a smaller group could do and would be a fun building to try to incorporate into claims while trying to grow groves around it....
