Adding 24h cooldown after leaving a clan.

As you can check in the title, I suggest to add 24h cooldown to prevent you of joining a clan that you recently left or had been kicked of. This way we can avoid scouts and freely roam over enemy territory. People knows that noone wants to lose alignment for killing an enemy, so many people have been seen exploiting this feature. They leave their guilds or get kicked to freely move around enemy territory, scout, transport and a large etc safely.

    Why is it that you people can only think and suggest of mechanics that punish people? Why not think of rewarding mechanics. Like if a player remains in a guild for longer they gain "loyal" trait which decreases the skill loss. I promise you that incentive for positive interactions have better consequences then increasing the toxicity that this community continues to build.
