Problem: Im apart of a large group and were building a very large city, problem is there isnt enough room to for everyone to build there huts. forest have been flattened. players are building houses far off in the woods, or making long treck from NPC town.
Solution: Allow guilds to build a Community building to allow for spawn location. To Keep the look of the game realistic, make a set number of houses be required and within set distance of town location. For coding idea have a tab in housing menu to set to town, to provide ablitly to build spawn structure.
this would still allow for player cities, but prevent rolling hills full of shacks
