Debug/Sandbox Mode

I wouldn't mind an optional way to add resources, start disasters, etc.. This makes it much easier to (1) test, (2) try variations faster, (3) make your own challenges or (3) focus exclusively on town design without having to worry about production chains. For example, Banished provided this through a debug menu. See the upper right corner in this screenshot:

    I had Debug Logs enabled for a given username, where it shows 20 Available, and no logs were generated when I ran my test scenario. Importing data into R is fairly simple. One of the best ways to read an Excel file is to export it to a comma delimited file and import it using the edubirdie method above. Keep sharing this type of informative post in the future.
