Ok since we don't want anything pay2win or pay2progress faster since those will make hardcore players evolve 10x as fast as casuals, becouse they WILL purchase the bonuses for advancing faster if they exist, i suggest, there could be like one Additional character Bar wich recovery daily, like the hard stamina one, wich slows the progress after too much rush, but that bars only fills daily,
If you keep working too much it will make you so tired that you gonna have to wait untill the other day if you want to keep your progress at 100% rate, wich will make the game feeling more real, will give a break for hardcore players to explore the game instead of keep rushing trough content (no one in their right minds wants to keep playing 24h to keep up with others) i mean, its a hardcore game not in Full time playing non-stop robots, its reality, and reality needs rest.
That could slow Gaining skill points, make working actions slower, i mean, theres actions in-game that seems too fast for real...
this would also open a lot of possibilities for role playing that wouldnt be possible if theres only the hard stamina that recover as fast as it is now
This way, the casual players could keep up with the hardcore players increasing competitiveness and fun, even if they add progress faster items, because those items would lost effectivenes on who wants to play smart and overcome his opponents just because it have more playtime available.
That also would help on healthy issues wich some players need to rest and make some exercise, hahaha, just kiding.
