improve usefulness of bark

Hi,

I'd like to propose an advanced use for bark: the tannins in barks have been used for tanning leather.
there should be a change in the tanning recipe - add +1 bark to the requirements, with q-influence 15%
At the moment, bark loses its value very quickly, there is no need to harvest any after crates and advanced tools can be built.

At the same time, mass extraction should be added, to bark and branches :-)
