Individual object decay rates

I see you can set decay rates for objects not in a claim and I would like to do so but on our server we have sort of a community center built where we hold events and things of that nature. Because we have it open with targets for leveling weapon skills we cannot set the decay rates to eventually collapse mines not on a claim because our community center would also decay as it is not claimed land. Would it be possible to implement decay rates for certain things like mines that are separate from world over all decay rates? Another thing I would like to see is maybe the guild owner be able to set a decay rate for thing that are claimed so that when we are done with a mine we can let it collapse on it self and not have holes all over our server.

    mine decay is NOT implemented yet... we don't know if they'll keep the world decay for tunnel decay (I don't think so)
